Tell us the zip code, the symptom, and the brand if you can find the rating plate. That is enough to schedule. We serve San Antonio and the towns with their own pages:
Hours and scheduling
We run Sunday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, and we book visits in 2-hour windows so you are not waiting the whole afternoon. Saturday is closed. We return calls the same day whenever we are not mid-job with glass on the hearth. Evenings after 6pm and Saturdays in the first cold week of the season are the wrong time to discover the fireplace has not been opened since 2021. If you can book the inspection in September or October, do it. If you cannot, still call. Tell us if the unit smells like fuel. That changes the order of the day.
Same-address extra fireplaces are easier to add once we are already there. Outdoor fire tables are not automatically included. Put every appliance you want looked at in the service checkboxes and the details field so the visit is planned honestly.
We call to confirm a window. If you smell gas, leave the unit off and say so on the phone — that visit jumps the line. Published prices are $99 for the 20-point inspection and $69 for troubleshooting. Repair and cleaning are quoted after we see the fireplace.
This is a service company, not a store. If you need a brand-new insert, we will tell you. If you need the one in the living room to run, send the form.
